Houston HyBatt service messages
This optional SMS program sends messages from Houston HyBatt only about its services in Houston and Austin. Consent does not authorize messages from other businesses or affiliates. Customers who opt in may receive appointment confirmations and reminders, installer arrival updates, waitlist confirmations and battery availability notices, warranty/service updates, and one post-service thank-you/review request. Authorized installers who opt in may receive job assignments and scheduling updates. We do not send recurring promotional campaigns.
Your choice
Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase or installer registration. Enter your mobile number and select the separate SMS consent checkbox on our SMS preferences form to opt in. Only provide a number you own or are authorized to use. Leaving the checkbox unchecked records that you have not opted in. Signing up does not book service, reserve inventory, join a waitlist, or grant installer access.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies with your service requests or assigned jobs. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile carrier plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Stop messages or get help
Once automated texting is active, reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. You can also call or text 832-779-6378 or email htxhybrid@gmail.com for help or to withdraw consent. A final opt-out confirmation may be sent. Opting out of texts does not cancel your appointment or service.
Current availability
Automated texting is being set up. The form currently saves your preference and displays an on-screen confirmation; it does not send a text. Messages will begin only after messaging is activated and when relevant to your requested service or authorized work.
Privacy
Mobile information and SMS consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how information is handled.
