This policy covers Houston HyBatt, including Austin HyBatt services, at htxhybrid.com.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide for service, such as your name, phone number, address, vehicle details, optional email, service records, transactions, agreements, and warranty information. The SMS preferences form records your name, phone number, customer or installer selection, consent choice, the exact disclosure and its version, and the date and time submitted. We use a daily hashed network address to limit abusive submissions. Staff account sign-in and hosting providers process information needed to operate and secure the site.
How information is used
We use information to respond to service requests, manage appointments and inventory, perform services, maintain financial and warranty records, and deliver communications you have requested. SMS signup alone does not create an appointment or waitlist entry.
Mobile information and consent
We do not sell or share mobile information or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent is used only for the Houston HyBatt messaging program. Providers supporting message delivery may process the information only to provide that service.
Service providers and access
We use providers for website hosting, data storage, authentication, mapping, and message delivery. Information needed to carry out a requested service may be provided to the assigned installer. Internal business records are restricted to authorized staff. We may disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect our services and users; this does not authorize marketing use of SMS consent.
Retention and choices
We retain service, transaction, warranty, and consent records for business, warranty, and recordkeeping needs. You may request access, correction, or deletion by calling or texting 832-779-6378 or emailing htxhybrid@gmail.com. Some records may need to be retained. You may decline automated texts and still purchase services. Once texting is active, reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. Before activation, contact us directly to withdraw consent.
